Originally passed in 1972 by Congress, Title IX established a law against sex discrimination against women. This law benefitted all women at the time until today. Title IX granted for the first time the right of girls and women to have their own sports, their teams, equipment, their own protected space to compete, dress, showers and to carry out their private needs as a girl or woman.
Biden eliminated this right! On April 19, 2024, there was a rumble in the education and civil rights community when President Joe Biden signed a mandate eradicating women’s rights originally protected under Title IX. The new guidelines apply to all public schools, school districts, colleges and universities that receive federal funding in the nation and no longer include women as a protected sex on an equal footing with men.
In President Biden’s changes, the law will no longer protect women as a sexual category. What does this mean for our daughters, sisters, granddaughters, wives, and aunts, among others? That being a woman will no longer be a sexual category worthy of individual protection.
All schools and institutions will have to follow the executive mandate where our daughters, sisters and girls, from now on, will not have full and individual rights as dictated by the original legislation. Since all educational, athletic, and public institutions receive about 10% in federal funding, this will affect us all.
With this change imposed by President Biden, ANYONE regardless of their natural sex, who wants to compete in the women’s sports league, at any academic level, could replace a woman’s position. Whether transgender, male that identifies as a woman, or thinks they were born with another gender or identity, they will be able to compete in the girls’ and women’s league. Erasing opportunities for women and girls. Those are the new categories of sex and gender created and imposed by President Biden.
If it is not stopped with YOUR VOTE, defeating Biden’s re-election or through the courts or actions of Congress, it will be implemented in its entirety, erasing the female legacy and immediate future of our daughters, sisters, aunts and wives
